2007 Puriri Hills Rosé – (
) Pretty pink and dry with a lovely texture and ripe fruit flavours of plum, cherry and raspberry. Very attractive rose with character and style. A good food wine. Supports my view that the Bordeaux varieties make better rose than pinot noir.
