We handpicked parcels at the peak of ripeness from 11 April to 4 May.
All wine was barrel-aged in French oak, about 40% new for the Estate wine and 87% new for Harmonie du Soir (replacing our Reserve label from 2012). The wines were barrel aged for circa 26 months before final blending.
