In the vineyard, we handpicked parcels at the peak of ripeness between 3 April and 5 May. Yields ranged from 0.2 to1.5 kg. per vine. Total production was 14.9 tonnes from 5.5 acres of vines. Vine age was 3 to 7 years. The fruit was manicured by hand to remove damaged berries prior to harvest.
